Roles And Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients, understand their needs, and position suitable products or services effectively.
- Develop strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets, customer satisfaction, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage government procurement processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead contract negotiations with support from legal and finance teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product, delivery, and support to ensure successful implementation and continuous service improvement.
- Monitor market trends, government policies, and sales performance, while preparing reports, forecasts, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 8 years of Experience
