We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Agency Account Manager to join our growing real estate development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate brokerages and agency partners, increasing project awareness, driving sales opportunities, and ensuring continuous engagement with the broker network.
The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills, with a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and brokerage ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokerages and property consultants across Dubai.
- Actively onboard new brokerage firms and expand the company’s broker network.
- Organize and conduct broker presentations, project launches, networking events, and site visits.
- Promote company projects and ensure brokers are updated with pricing, availability, incentives, and payment plans.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication of project updates.
- Track broker performance and maintain regular follow-ups to maximize lead generation and sales conversions.
- Prepare reports on broker activities, partnerships, market feedback, and competitor analysis.
- Ensure all broker documentation and agreements are properly maintained and updated.
- Represent the company professionally during exhibitions, property events, and networking functions.
- Build long-term partnerships that support the company’s sales objectives and brand growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in broker relations, business development, or real estate sales within Dubai’s real estate market.
- Strong network of real estate brokers and agencies in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
