🎯 The role
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving the company’s next growth phase:
- Own and expand a region or market segment
- Close complex SaaS deals with mid-market and enterprise clients
- Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles with a consultative approach
- Identify new opportunities and proactively build pipeline
- Think strategically about market development and long-term growth
✅ What they’re looking for
- ~5+ years of closing experience in SaaS sales
- Proven success in complex, higher-value deals (enterprise exposure is a strong plus)
- Experience in fast-growing environments where you’ve had to build and adapt quickly
- Strong commercial mindset: ownership, initiative, and accountability
- Analytical and strategic thinking; able to see beyond the immediate deal
- Entrepreneurial attitude: comfortable with pace, change, and ambiguity
- German speaker is a must
💰 Targets & performance
- Quarterly targets: €150K–€200K
- Deal sizes: €60-100K ACV and growing into 6-figure enterprise deals
- Fast sales cycles: typically 3–6 months
