About Brussels Beer Project

BBP was born in 2013 when DELTA IPA was elected from 4 prototypes. What a great choice! That first success helped us bring together more than 6,000 “beer for life” crowdfunders and bring a fresh, creative energy to the beer market.

Today, BBP means two breweries in Brussels and six BBP bars in Belgium and France. Above all, it is a team of 50 dreamers and doers who want to bring beers with character and values into the fridges of beer lovers. And that is why we need you: to strengthen our presence in retail with chains such as Delhaize, Colruyt, Carrefour, and more.

Your mission

• Manage relationships with all key players in the Belgian retail market, including Delhaize, Colruyt, Carrefour, and others.
• Lead negotiations to build strong, personal, and win-win partnerships.
• Ensure regular and accurate administrative follow-up.
• Spend one day per week in the field to understand growth drivers and barriers.
• Manage and support merchandisers on the ground to help implement agreements in-store.
• Handle selected export retail key accounts, including the Netherlands and Italy.

Your profile

• You are passionate about retail and the beer industry.
• You have professional working proficiency in French and Dutch.
• English is a plus, as you will work with colleagues in a highly international team.
• You are rigorous and comfortable with administrative follow-up.
• You hold a valid driving licence.
