The selected candidate will play a key role in the company’s transformation from commodity-based exports to high-value food solutions for major industrial clients across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans for the U.S. market.
- Identify, prospect, and secure large industrial food accounts.
- Lead complex negotiations with senior procurement and executive stakeholders.
- Manage pricing strategies, margin analysis, and commercial forecasting.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with key customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and technical teams.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
- Drive profitable growth while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B industrial sales, food ingredients, food manufacturing, commodities, or related industries.
- Proven experience managing key accounts and complex commercial negotiations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze pricing, costs, ROI, and market dynamics.
- Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field preferred.
