A leading international food solutions company is seeking a highly strategic and commercially driven Industrial B2B Key Account Manager to accelerate growth within the United States market.

This role is ideal for a senior sales professional with strong experience managing industrial food accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and driving business expansion within highly competitive markets.

The selected candidate will play a key role in the company’s transformation from commodity-based exports to high-value food solutions for major industrial clients across the U.S.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans for the U.S. market.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure large industrial food accounts.
  • Lead complex negotiations with senior procurement and executive stakeholders.
  • Manage pricing strategies, margin analysis, and commercial forecasting.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with key customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and technical teams.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
  • Drive profitable growth while ensuring exceptional customer experience.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B industrial sales, food ingredients, food manufacturing, commodities, or related industries.
  • Proven experience managing key accounts and complex commercial negotiations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze pricing, costs, ROI, and market dynamics.
  • Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field preferred.
