About the Role
We are expanding our team and looking for a high‑energy, results‑driven Account Manager to join our medical skincare division. This role is ideal for someone passionate about aesthetics, skilled in relationship‑building, and motivated by sales growth.
As an Account Manager, you will drive revenue by developing strong partnerships with physicians, licensed professionals, and aesthetic practices. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, identify new business opportunities, and represent the brand at industry events, trainings, and trade shows.
What You’ll Do
• Manage and grow existing accounts while actively prospecting new business in the aesthetics field.
• Convert company‑provided and self‑generated leads into long‑term customers.
• Conduct inside and outside sales activities, product demos, trainings, and POS activations.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and timely support to clients.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and weekend activations as needed.
• Travel up to 50% to visit clients and support field initiatives.
• Support daily operations including quoting, shipment tracking, and problem‑solving.
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of proven sales experience (skincare, aesthetics, dermocosmetics preferred)
• Demonstrated sales track record with measurable achievements.
• Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
• Ability to travel 50% of the time and work weekends when required (1 or 2 weekends per month max).
• Must pass background check
• Must be able to work in US.
• Must relocate to Miami, FL 33166 before starting.
