What You'll Do
Client Support & Communication
- Assist in managing day-to-day communications with clients and agency partners.
- Gather client requirements and translate them into clear internal briefs.
- Build trust and rapport with clients by providing timely updates and professional support.
- Work closely with internal teams (Ad Ops, Creative, Influencer Marketing, Publisher Growth) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Monitor campaign timelines, assets, and delivery to meet client expectations.
- Support the preparation of post-campaign reports with performance metrics and insights.
- Help identify opportunities for optimization or upselling based on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with Business Development in preparing pitch decks and proposals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute market or category insights from past agency work.
- 1–2 years of experience in a digital media agency, preferably in client servicing or media planning. (Fresh graduate is welcome)
- Familiarity with digital ad platforms (Google, Meta, programmatic DSPs) and performance metrics.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a teamplayer.
- Curious, reliable, and passionate about digital media and client success.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), and other languages would be a plus.
