Are you a high-energy sales professional who loves the thrill of the hunt? We are seeking a driven Account Executive to join our rapidly growing client and help expand their reach within the architecture and design industry.

This is a full-cycle, outbound sales role where you will own the process from prospecting to closing. If you thrive in a high-activity, quota-driven environment and want to sell a product that directly impacts the careers of thousands of professionals, we want to talk to you!

Account Executive Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue: Own a full-cycle outbound sales process, managing everything from initial prospecting to final close.
  • Build Pipeline: Generate new opportunities through consistent cold calling (60-80+ calls per day), email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls to uncover client needs and deliver compelling product demos that highlight our solutions.
  • Strategic Growth: Partner with architecture firms and manufacturers to help them access continuing education and professional development solutions.
  • Sales Excellence: Manage and advance deals with discipline using HubSpot, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Account Executive Qualifications

  • Experienced Hunter: You have 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a full-cycle or outbound-focused role.
  • Resilient & Motivated: You handle rejection with ease and stay focused on your goals in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong Communicator: You are skilled at building trust quickly and presenting solutions to various stakeholders.
  • CRM Savvy: You have experience using a CRM to manage your book of business (HubSpot experience is a plus!).

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Total Compensation: Base salary $60,000 - $70,000. This role includes an uncapped commission plan; first-year on-target earnings typically range between $75,000-$100,000.
