We are currently looking for an Account Manager (Hungary) who will be responsible for developing and supporting strategic clients, managing operational and financial processes, and driving business growth together with our partners.
Key Requirements:
• Experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B client support
• Experience working with several clients simultaneously and managing ongoing communication
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high energy and quick decision-making
• Proactive mindset, ownership mentality, and focus on results
• Analytical thinking and ability to identify opportunities for increasing client volumes and improving cooperation
• English — B2 level or higher
• Ukrainian — mandatory
• Hungarian — will be a strong advantage
• We are open to considering junior candidates with relevant Key Account or client communication experience
Main Responsibilities:
• Managing and developing relationships with strategic clients in the Hungarian market
• Handling all operational and day-to-day client-related questions
• Supporting financial and documentation processes with clients
• Identifying opportunities to increase shipment volumes and business flows
• Collaborating with internal teams to create customized logistics solutions and products for clients when needed
• Monitoring client performance, needs, and business potential
• Maintaining accurate communication and reporting in CRM systems
• Ensuring high-quality client experience and long-term partnerships
• Working closely with operational, sales, and product teams to achieve business goals
