About The Role

• Lead global strategic accounts with critical impact on the business.
• Define the long-term commercial strategy for the account or customer cluster, aligned with the company’s global plan.
• Make decisions regarding pricing, commercial conditions, and new business development.
• Represent the company before global clients, ensuring high-level relationships and the development of joint projects.
• Supervise and guide intermediate or junior executives, promoting knowledge transfer and the development of commercial capabilities within the team.
• Comprehensive management of key accounts: manage digital and/or international clients, understanding their operations, portfolio, and purchasing processes in order to offer tailored solutions.
• Develop and monitor growth plans for each client, based on market analysis, profitability, potential, and projections for the assigned portfolio.
• Propose new business opportunities, innovations, and joint projects that strengthen the commercial relationship and increase the company’s presence within the account.
• Coordinate with internal areas (Quality, Customer Integration, Supply Chain, Development, Finance) to ensure effective implementation of projects and contracts.
• Establish pricing conditions, contracts, margins, and commercial positions that ensure the profitability and sustainability of the business.
• Manage information and performance analysis: prepare reports on results, margins, volumes, and profitability by account, in line with the guidelines of the Commercial Management Model (CCB).
• Understand the customer’s processes and needs to generate value propositions that include innovation in products, packaging, or service models.
• Contribute to sustainability, digitalization, export, and commercial transformation projects according to global priorities.
• Ensure compliance with financial and growth objectives, acting as the primary owner of the results for the assigned portfolio.
• Perform all other duties inherent to the role and any tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Manage and develop the business’s strategic accounts, ensuring profitability, sustainable growth, and alignment with the company’s global objectives. Build long-term customer relationships, lead technical-commercial projects, drive joint innovation, and ensure excellence in commercial, operational, and financial execution.
