Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Brea, CA. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client ( healthcare providers) relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing sales processes, and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, preparing sales presentations, following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions.


Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development: Experience in client relationship management, lead generation, and negotiating contracts to achieve sales targets
  • Communication and Presentation: Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and deliver impactful presentations
  • Organizational and Analytical Skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts, track sales performance, and analyze market trends
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Durable Medical Equipment (DME), medical devices, or healthcare industry products is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM Tools: Experience working with customer relationship management software to track and manage client interactions
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt to client needs and resolve challenges effectively
  • Experience in a similar sales or account management role is an advantage
