Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within the printed circuit board (PCB) assembly sector, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Compensation: Base pay between $85k - $125k DOE / uncapped commission (1.5-2% of deals closed)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the PCB assembly market.
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Manage client relationships and ensure their needs are met in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to provide clients with accurate product information and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or PCB assembly industry.
- Strong knowledge of printed circuit board assembly processes and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive sales performance.
- Familiarity with business development techniques and account management is a plus.
- Experience with flex circuits, rigid circuits, and box build processes is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
