🧑‍💻 YOUR ROLE

We’re looking for a high-energy, execution-focused Sales Development Representative who can help Arrowhead build a strong, qualified pipeline of enterprise opportunities.

This role is about first impressions, curiosity, and discipline. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our prospective customers — identifying the right accounts, starting meaningful conversations, and setting up the sales team for success.

You’ll work closely with founders, sales, and GTM leadership to ensure Arrowhead is consistently talking to the right prospects, at the right time, with the right message.


Your work will involve:

🎯 Identify & qualify target accounts

  • Research prospects
  • Understand ICPs, buyer personas, and use cases before outreach

📞 Outbound & inbound prospecting

  • Run outbound via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels
  • Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for founders / sales leaders

🗣 Strong first conversations

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand needs and intent
  • Clearly communicate Arrowhead’s value and disqualify fast when needed

🗂 Pipeline & CRM ownership

  • Maintain clean CRM records and follow-ups
  • Track responses, conversions, and meeting bookings

🤝 Sales & GTM collaboration

  • Share prospect insights with sales and leadership
  • Support handoffs as meetings convert into opportunities

📈 Improve outreach continuously

  • Test messaging, sequences, and channels
  • Help build repeatable SDR playbooks

✅ QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0–4 years experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Comfortable speaking to new people and handling objections
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced, in-person startup environment


Nice to have:

  • Exposure to Enterprise sales
  • Experience as an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role
  • Familiarity with CRMs, outreach tools, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
