What You’ll Accomplish With Us
As a Customer Service Account Manager, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Ensure an excellent customer experience and high levels of client satisfaction
- Support client retention through proactive communication and relationship management
- Identify opportunities to inform clients about additional services and anticipate future needs
- Upsell additional products such as letters, coupon books, referrals, 700 Credit, and more
- Convert pilot stores into full‑service accounts
- Organize documents, maintain accurate client communication, and ensure timely follow‑up
- Train clients on the application and serve as a subject matter expert
- Assist with low‑level technical support issues and troubleshoot product‑related questions
- Is known for their strong customer service and relationship‑building skills
- Stands out for their communication abilities and attention to detail
- Demonstrates strong problem‑solving, research, and critical‑thinking skills
- Is recognized for their ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and perform well under pressure
- Has 2–4 years of experience in customer service and/or sales (automotive industry experience is a plus)
- Has a HS Diploma or GED (required)
- Brings experience with Salesforce (a plus)
- Shows adaptability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn
- Has strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
