A leading European fund servicing group is seeking a senior relationship professional to manage and grow a portfolio of global institutional clients.

This is a strategic, commercially focused role responsible for protecting, maintaining and expanding revenue across a multi-jurisdictional client base. You will operate as the senior global contact for assigned clients, building long-term trusted partnerships and aligning internal capabilities to client ambitions.


This role suits an experienced asset servicing professional with strong commercial instincts, C-suite presence, and a track record of growing client wallets within complex institutional environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as senior global relationship lead for an assigned portfolio of institutional clients
  • Develop and maintain trusted, long-term partnerships at executive level
  • Protect and grow revenue across your portfolio
  • Build and maintain a strong network of strategic contacts within client organisations
  • Develop and execute structured global strategic account plans, including:
  • Stakeholder mapping and influence analysis
  • Retention and growth strategy
  • Competitive landscape assessment
  • Lead global strategic committee meetings between client senior management and internal executive stakeholders
  • Represent the organisation at senior industry events and conferences
  • Partner closely with product, operational, IT and support teams to deliver client-aligned solutions
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions (in collaboration with legal teams)
  • Ensure full KYC and compliance oversight for assigned clients
  • Oversee smooth onboarding of new mandates in partnership with implementation teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records


Skills & Experience

  • 5-10+ years’ experience within fund servicing
  • Proven experience managing global or multi-jurisdictional institutional clients
  • Strong understanding of products, market structure and regulatory landscape
  • Demonstrated success in revenue retention and growth
  • Experience creating and executing global strategic account plans
  • Strong commercial negotiation experience
  • Comfortable operating at C-suite level
  • Collaborative approach when working with internal stakeholders
