- 3–4 years’ proven experience in occupier transaction management, account management, or a closely related corporate real estate role, ideally with office occupier exposure.
- A qualified real estate professional, holding a relevant Real Estate qualification and Estate Agent registration.
- Confident managing multiple live transactions and priorities in a fast‑paced, client‑driven setting.
- Organised, detail‑focused and able to step into an established portfolio to maintain continuity with minimal ramp‑up.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple occupier transactions across a portfolio of corporate office clients.
- Act as the day to day contact for client accounts, delivering responsive service, clear communication and regular reporting.
- Oversee transaction activity from instruction through to completion, maintaining momentum across parallel matters.
- Coordinate account administration and reporting with a strong focus on accuracy and follow through.
- Balance urgent client needs with longer term account objectives in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
