Role Summary - We’re working with a fast-growing company operating at the forefront of the energy transition, focused on building and scaling EV charging infrastructure across Europe.

They are now looking for a commercially strong Key Account Manager to take ownership of partner relationships across Germany and drive growth through installer networks, wholesalers, and key players within the energy ecosystem.


This is a highly visible role within a collaborative and ambitious sales team, offering strong autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact in a rapidly evolving market.


(EV experience is NOT a requirement)


What you’ll be doing

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of partners including installers, wholesalers, and energy-related businesses
  • Identify and onboard new partners, building long-term, value-driven relationships
  • Work closely with partners to support their commercial success through training, follow-ups, and ongoing engagement
  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, operations) to deliver the best solutions for customers
  • Provide market insights, staying close to developments across EV charging, energy, and related sectors
  • Represent the business at industry events and partner meetings across Germany


What we’re looking for?

  • 2-5 years’ experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development
  • Experience working with technical or product-led solutions (EV charging, energy, electrical, or similar)
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a commercial mindset
  • Comfortable managing existing accounts while also developing new business
  • Able to understand customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions
  • Structured, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally
  • Fluent in German and English


Nice to have

  • Experience within EV charging, energy, or adjacent sectors
  • Exposure to working with installers, wholesalers, or distribution channels
  • Understanding of the German B2B landscape
