Opportunity

The team is hiring its first Senior AI Engineer to own core modeling and decisioning systems end-to-end. This is a foundational role with significant ownership and direct impact on both technical direction and business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Model messy, real-world SMB cash flow data from transaction-level inputs
• Build and iterate on underwriting and decision-making systems
• Turn raw financial data into actionable insights for users and partners
• Design signals that balance risk, growth, and user trust in real time
• Collaborate closely with founders on product, risk, and roadmap decisions
• Help define and scale the AI and data architecture
• (Optional) Contribute to user-facing dashboards and interfaces if full-stack
