Position: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - REAL ESTATE

Salary: 45K + 15K variable



THE CONTEXT 💼


My client, an international fintech company backed by private equity, is looking for a full-cycle Account Executive! As an Account Executive / Product Sales Specialist, you will join a new sales team tasked with revolutionizing how conveyancing firms process property payments.


Their mission is to simplify and secure international property transactions, helping law firms, real estate agents, and other professionals digitize how they handle payments.




YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 🚀


  • Prospect and manage a pipeline of conveyancing firms across the territory.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Achieve a target of 8–10 new clients per month.
  • Conduct tailored demos and develop solutions that meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships, keeping clients informed of product updates.
  • Use Salesforce CRM to track opportunities and sales activity.
  • Support migration of existing clients to the SaaS platform during the initial months.




YOUR PROFILE✌️



  • 4–5 years’ experience in SaaS or digital solution sales (full cycle), or 2–3 years as a high-performing SDR ready to step up.
  • Field-based sales experience selling digital solutions to traditional, analogue customers.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with law firm owners and senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Spanish (native or C1+) and strong English.
  • Proven ability to map a territory and identify key revenue opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a growing team.
