We're partnering with a fast-growing agentic AI company (US HQ) who are launching their ANZ presence. They've built one of the most enterprise-ready platforms in the agentic AI category — full compliance stack, on-prem and hybrid deployment options, and heavily integrated.
They're now expanding into APAC and hiring their first wave of Account Executives in Sydney.
Why this role is different from a typical SaaS AE:
- You're not selling seats — you're selling outcomes where ACVs are materially larger than seat-based SaaS.
- You sell to the C-suite - CFO, COO, and shared services leaders are the key stakeholders.
- Consumption-based expansion. Your book compounds as customers process more volume, instead of renewals every year.
- The product deploys. 87% of AI projects never make it to production — this one does, in roughly four weeks
- Reference customers already in place. Fortune 500 logos are live and referenceable.
What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts across APAC — from outbound and qualification through to close and expansion.
- Build and run executive-level conversations with CFOs, COOs, and heads of shared services.
- Work closely with the global GTM team to localise the playbook for the APAC market.
- Partner with solutions engineering and customer success to drive customers from pilot to production.
- Help shape the territory, ICP, and sales motion as one of the founding AEs in the region.
You
- 3–6 years of quota-carrying experience selling complex software into mid or enterprise accounts.
- Background of exceeding quota in SaaS or AI
- Comfort selling to the C-suite and navigating multi-stakeholder, multi-quarter deal cycles.
- Strong outbound muscle — you can build a pipeline
