Account Executive – Technology Recruitment Solutions📍 London (Hybrid)💰 €60k – €80k + Uncapped Commission


An ambitious and fast-growing HR Tech startup is looking for a commercially driven Account Executive to help expand its presence across the UK Technology market.


This is a high-impact hunter role focused on building new client relationships and managing the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to close.


You’ll work with companies across sectors, including:

  • AI & infrastructure
  • Cybersecurity
  • Developer tools / DevOps
  • Robotics
  • ClimateTech
  • DefenceTech
  • Advanced technology environments


What You’ll Be Doing
  • Generating and converting new business opportunities
  • Running full-cycle sales processes from outreach to close
  • Building relationships with hiring leaders and senior stakeholders
  • Managing multi-stakeholder enterprise sales conversations
  • Driving consistent outbound activity and pipeline generation
  • Helping shape commercial growth within a scaling startup environment


What They’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in recruitment sales, agency BD, or talent solutions sales
  • Strong outbound / hunter mentality
  • Proven ability to own deals end-to-end
  • Experience selling into technology-related markets preferred
  • Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
  • Commercially driven with strong communication skills
