Let’s be honest—no one dreams in spreadsheets about commercial moves…

…but someone has to make them run flawlessly.

That someone might be you.

🚛 The Company (aka the well-oiled machine behind the scenes)

Eagle Transfer isn’t just “a moving company.”

We’re the people trusted with relocating entire businesses—offices, hospitals, and retail spaces—without skipping a beat.

From moving and storage to liquidation and installation, we handle the messy, logistical heavy lifting so our clients can focus on what they do best.

As an Account Executive, you’ll:

  • Own and grow client relationships (think trusted advisor, not order-taker)
  • Hunt for new business opportunities across NYC’s dynamic sectors (attend networking events, face-to-face client engagement, etc.)
  • Build smart, tailored proposals
  • Negotiate contracts like a pro
  • Partner with internal teams to make sure every project lands smoothly
  • Keep a pulse on client needs and anticipate what’s next before they say it

This is part strategist, part doer, and part problem-solver—with just enough adrenaline to keep it interesting.

What Makes You Good at This

You’re probably the right person if you:

  • Are organized enough to juggle multiple deals without dropping one
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same
  • Actually enjoy collaborating across teams to get things done right
  • Understand that “excellent service” isn’t a buzzword—it’s the expectation. The team is looking for a self-starter, and a candidate with intense effort and dedication to establish relationships and drive business development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in account management / business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organization skills

What would set you apart:

  • 4-10 years of experience with a strong emphasis in Commercial Sales (think commercial interiors, flooring, etc.)

Why This Role is Worth Your Time

$100,000- $125,000 base salary (DOE) + Commissions

(Approximately $250,000 to $300,000 annually, inclusive of commissions)

If you’re looking for:

  • The thrill of the chase of lead generation, not Hamy downs
  • A role where you actually own outcomes
  • A company with real momentum in a massive market (NYC doesn’t slow down)
  • Work that blends relationship-building, strategy, and execution

…then this is not just another AE role. It’s a chance to be at the center of high-stakes projects that keep the city moving—literally.

Disclaimer: Responsibilities may evolve as Arrowmont Constructors grows—flexibility is key. This position is part of LinkedIn’s Full-Service Hiring beta program and is open to candidates performing services in the U.S. (excluding AK, HI, NV, SC, and WV). We’re committed to making our hiring process as smooth and timely as possible, and we understand that waiting to hear back can add to the anticipation. If you’re a potential fit, our team will reach out within two weeks to progress you to the next stage. If you don’t hear from us in that time, we encourage you to explore other opportunities with our team in the future, and we wish you the very best in your job search.
