Salary: €80,000 – €95,000 DOE
Hybrid: 3 days onsite in Dublin city center
We’re hiring a Senior Python/AI Engineer. This is a great opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects within a global financial technology environment. The team is highly technical, and focused on building real AI solutions used across the business.
Our client is a global financial services and technology business supporting alternative investment firms around the world. They are heavily investing in AI, cloud engineering, and innovation, with technology playing a central role across the organisation.
You’ll work on:
- AI agents and agentic AI systems
- LLM applications
- Predictive ML models
- Researching and testing the latest AI technologies
- Building production-ready AI solutions in AWS
Must have:
- 8+ years of experience as Python developer
- 6+ years AWS cloud experience
- Experience building AI/LLM applications
- Experience designing production AI systems
- Hands-on coding and system design capability
- Financial services or fintech experience
Nice to have:
- AWS AgentCore
- LangChain or Strands
- RAG systems
- MLOps / LLMOps
- AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot or Kiro
