We’re on the lookout for a high performing Senior Digital Account Manager who’s keen to work with well known brands across digital media and production.

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for leading major client accounts with a high level of strategic, commercial and operational ownership.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
•Lead major projects and accounts as the senior day-to-day relationship owner, managing client stakeholders with confidence, credibility and professionalism.
•Develop high-quality digital, media and content strategies that support client business growth and measurable outcomes.
•Set quarterly account roadmaps aligned to client KPIs and business objectives.
•Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic planning discussions with clients.
•Oversee integrated delivery across paid media, organic, content and production streams, ensuring consistency, alignment and quality across all channels.
•Support the Account Director with new business opportunities including strategy development, proposal content, presentation preparation and credentials.
•Own account forecasting and growth planning, identifying and converting upsell opportunities into expanded scopes and longer-term retainers.
•Mentor and coach Account Executives and Account Managers through regular feedback, support and development conversations.
•Support resource planning and proactively identify capacity or delivery risks.
•Maintain strong oversight of commercial performance, including margin, burn against budget and account health.
•Manage escalations calmly and maintain client trust during complex or high-pressure situations.
•Other duties as directed by your Manager and the Company.
•Adopt continuous learning and improvement processes in all aspects of the position.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications
•Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
Experience Required
•6-8 years’ experience in agency account management, digital marketing strategy or a related client leadership role.
•Demonstrated experience managing complex stakeholder environments and leading integrated digital campaigns.
•Proven experience coaching junior team members and contributing to commercial account growth.
Computer Skills
•Advanced working knowledge of digital reporting, campaign and analytics platforms including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 and Looker Studio.
•Strong Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace capability.
•Proficient in forecasting, reporting and project management systems.
•Confidence using approved AI tools.
Aptitude & Interpersonal Skills
•Advanced client leadership and stakeholder management capability.
•Strong strategic thinking and deep knowledge across paid social, SEM, GEO, display, SEO, content and production.
•High level commercial ownership with the ability to manage project margin, forecast revenue and identify account risk.
•Strong coaching and mentoring capability without micromanagement.
•Calm, credible and solutions-focused under pressure.
•Highly organised, proactive and able to balance strategic thinking with operational discipline.
•Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both clients and internal stakeholders.
