.We’re a hands-on and entrepreneurial business with a lean team structure, but a large and growing national footprint across the insurance and restoration sector.


As we continue to grow nationally, we’re looking for a relationship-focused Senior Account Manager/ Senior Project Manager to help strengthen and manage key client relationships across the insurance and restoration industry.


This role is ideal for someone from the insurance repair or restoration industry who enjoys building strong client relationships, solving problems, and taking ownership of outcomes — and is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow within a fast-moving business.


About the role


This is a relationship-focused role where you’ll become a trusted point of contact for insurance and restoration clients, working closely with our Operations team to help ensure projects run smoothly and clients feel supported throughout the process. You’ll manage and strengthen relationships across an established portfolio while also helping identify opportunities to grow accounts over time.


Key responsibilities


  • Build and strengthen relationships across a portfolio of insurance and restoration clients;
  • Coordinate quoting and bookings while ensuring clients receive a high level of communication and support;
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients throughout active projects, ensuring strong communication and quick resolution of issues when required;
  • Conduct site visits and attend client meetings as required;
  • Work closely with internal Operations teams to help ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

  • $120,000–$140,000 base salary + bonus structure up to $40,000
