This position is based on the north side of Indianapolis, IN.

In this role, you will be a key member of our client service team, supporting Advisors and Account Executives, maintaining strong relationships with assigned accounts, and ensuring a seamless client experience. You'll be the go-to resource for plan questions, benefits administration support, issue resolution, and renewal coordination.
