Recruiting Account Manager

We’re hiring a Recruiting Account Manager to join our growing team!

This role combines full-cycle recruiting, client relationship management, and onsite support to help deliver exceptional hiring results and workforce solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and is passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding

• Building and maintaining candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach

• Partnering with clients and internal teams to fulfill staffing needs efficiently

• Supporting onsite teammates with orientation, attendance, performance, and engagement

• Coordinating interviews, onboarding, payroll updates, and compliance activities

• Assisting with hiring events, job fairs, and workforce planning initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment

• Recruiting, staffing, customer service, or account management experience preferred

• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to client sites as needed

• Bilingual skills are a plus
