As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our expanding team, focusing on the sales closing of the performance feature of our cutting-edge HR software, contributing to the growth of a newly established team dedicated to this strategic initiative.
What will you be doing? 👀
The Role
- Responsible for managing upselling opportunities for existing clients, and effectively developing the customer experience, throughout the execution of the sales cycle for one of our domains.
- Create strong relationships with existing customers while focusing on account development through upselling and cross-selling.
- Identify, navigate, and support clients throughout their decision-making process, across the whole sales cycle with existing customers to close the upsell opportunities.
- Creatively develop effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quota.
- Establish and regularly conduct high-level negotiating with C-Suite and VP-Level Executives.
- Think creatively and utilize consultative selling techniques to drive prospects throughout the sales process effectively
- Provide a reliable and accurate forecast of activities and revenue achievement to sales leadership.
- Collaborate daily with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership) to ensure we give the best service to our existing clients.
- Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in closing deals.
- Hunter mentality, hungry, persistent, and ready to hustle.
- You are a good communicator and you empathize quickly with people.
- You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.
- You demonstrate full ownership on each activity you develop.
- A proficient level of Italian is required & professional English. We are international!
- You have been part of the construction of a Business Unit/team from scratch.
- Experience in Full cycle sales B2B.
- Previous experience in the SMBs market.
- Experience in Sales/B2B at a SaaS-based company or digital transformation environments.
