Account Manager

I'm looking for an energetic and natural Account Manager who enjoys getting on the phone and talking with customers.

Based at Frenchs Forest on the Northern Beaches in Sydney we organise iconic experiences like Oz Comic-Con, Craft & Quilt Fairs, AusJet, WinePro and the International Jewellery Fair. From pop culture to trade expos, we create powerful platforms that connect brands with the right audiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and nurture client relationships across existing and new accounts
• Prospect and sell exhibition space & sponsorships
• Convert inbound leads
• Manage pipeline using CRM tools Manage pipeline using CRM tools
• Collaborate with the team to deliver standout events
• Stay connected with clients via calls, email, meetings & event attendance

What You Bring:

• Experience in event sales (preferred)
• Strong communication & relationship-building skills
• A proactive, organised, and detail-focused approach
• Team-first mindset in a fast-paced environment
• CRM experience (nice to have but we’ll train the right person)
