Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive located in Indianapolis, IN, with opportunities to work partially from home. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the sales process. Key tasks include creating proposals, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to meet client needs is also a vital component of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, and ability to close business deals efficiently
- Excellent customer relationship management and client communication skills
- Proficient in preparing detailed proposals, presentations, and reports
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying new opportunities
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Prior experience in the flooring industry or B2B sales is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred
