Reagan Outdoor Advertising—one of the nation’s premier outdoor media companies—is seeking a high-performing Outside Sales Account Executive to drive growth across the Indianapolis market.

This role is built for a seasoned B2B sales professional (5+ years) with a track record of winning new business, developing strategic relationships, and consistently exceeding quota. What You’ll Do
  • Win new business through strategic prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional decision-makers
  • Develop custom outdoor advertising campaigns aligned to client marketing goals
  • Manage a active, self-generated pipeline and drive opportunities from prospecting to close
  • Present, negotiate, and close high-value advertising contracts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns that deliver measurable results
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador for Reagan Outdoor Advertising
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of proven success in Outside B2B Sales (required)
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, close, and grow new accounts consistently
  • History of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Confidence working with business owners and executive-level clients
  • Strong discipline managing a full sales cycle independently
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
  • Based in or near Central Indiana
