Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Growth

• Manage and grow recruitment agency accounts, increasing contractor volumes
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across PAYE umbrella and payroll services
• Deliver a high-quality, consultative service to drive retention and long-term partnerships

Business Development

• Proactively win new recruitment agency clients through outbound activity
• Target and develop agencies operating within contractor-heavy sectors
• Support commercial growth initiatives alongside senior leadership

Client Relationships

• Build strong relationships with recruiters and decision-makers
• Act as a trusted advisor on PAYE umbrella, contractor payroll, and compliance
• Attend client meetings and industry events to strengthen partnerships

Performance & Pipeline

• Achieve activity and revenue targets
• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and conversions
• Use CRM systems to track performance and identify growth opportunities
