Role Responsibilities: “What You’ll Do”
- Business Development (BDR): Developing new potential projects and pipeline by outbound prospecting and creating personalised, value-centered messaging for key buyers in target accounts.
- Account Executive: Guide prospects through consultative, strategic SaaS sales cycles, managing complex deals and closing new business across SMB and mid-market segments
- Account Management: Own and grow existing customer accounts, drive renewal conversations, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction
- Customer Success: Help existing customers achieve measurable success, maximize product value, expand usage, and grow their partnership with Personio
- Solutions Engineering: Bridge technical expertise with customer challenges to demonstrate product value and support complex sales processes
- GTM Operations & Enablement: Scale processes, optimize tooling, and enable commercial teams to perform at their best across the DACH market
- Fluency: You are fluent in English and German
- Proven Track Record: You have a history of quota attainment, pipeline generation, or driving measurable impact in commercial or customer-facing roles
- Communication & Collaboration: You communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels and thrive in cross-functional team environments
- Growth Mindset: You're eager to learn, adapt quickly, and grow your career with a scaling tech organization
