About This Position

Join our Adhesive Technologies team as an Account Manager, driving growth across the Paper Converting sector, including Folding Boxes, Corrugated, Paper Mills, Bags & Sacks, Bookbinding, and Specialty Tapes & Labels.

In this dynamic, customer-facing role, you’ll combine relationship management with commercial drive, building strong partnerships, executing sales strategies, and identifying new opportunities to maximise performance across your territory. Working closely with internal teams and distribution partners, you’ll deliver innovative adhesive solutions, lead negotiations, and ensure seamless execution of customer and pricing plans.

What You´ll Do

  • Executes sales strategy and develops action plans for area of responsibility in line with strategic priorities.
  • Coordinates execution of customer roadmap and ensures closure of CRM projects.
  • Actively manages implementation of price strategy in the region.
  • Builds and maintains solid relationships with customers in the assigned territory.
  • Drives implementation of key strategic initiatives in sales area.
  • Delivers sales and distribution targets in sales area.
  • Ensures efficient geographical coverage and cross-selling opportunities to achieve full business potential (sales and profit).
  • Coordinates tasks between key interfaces and ensures fulfilment of administrative tasks.
  • Collaborates with Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain etc. to ensure full internal support for sales team, coordinates with Key Account Manager team on customer priorities.
  • Ensures compliant execution of sales processes (e.g. pricing, customer data management).
  • Provides sales forecast for the sales area and monitors key KPIs.
  • Manages relationships and plans with distribution partners, monitors their financial performance.

What Makes You a Good Fit

  • Previous experience within a key account management or business development role.
  • You are fluent in English and Swedish.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the region to visit customers.
  • Good communicator and networker.
  • Commercial awareness and commercially driven.
  • Negotiation skills - able to handle conflict situations and tough conversations.
  • Relationship, collaboration & influencing - strong people skills.
  • Proactive, self-starter, resilient and driven by targets.
  • Technical and digital understanding.
