Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power its outbound motion, including lead enrichment, sequencing, CRM architecture, and AI-powered personalization at scale. The role involves building and maintaining SIMBA's outbound infrastructure, owning the GTM tech stack, and deploying AI agents for automated prospect research and personalized outreach generation.
Requirements
- Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
- Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
- Ability to think in funnels and measure everything
