Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience in managing CRM online.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (Selligent, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and contribute to strategy development and innovative ideas.
- Experience in managing large databases, including data organization, segmentation, data quality control, and the efficient handling of large volumes of customer information to support CRM campaigns and marketing automation processes.
- Excellent communication skills and proficient in English and Spanish.
- Nice to have: Experience working with Python.
