Sales Development Representative - Outbound

At Yuno, we are building the payment infrastructure that allows all companies to participate in the global market. We're looking for a Sales Development Representative who doesn't just follow a playbook — someone who builds their own. In this role, you'll be on the front lines of Yuno's commercial expansion, identifying and engaging strategic enterprise accounts through sharp research, creative outreach, and relentless execution.
Requirements
- Fluent English — mandatory
- +1 year of experience in outbound roles (SDR, BDR, or similar), with a demonstrable track record of generating enterprise pipeline
- Builder and experimenter mindset — you design your own workflows, you don't just follow someone else's
- Familiarity with (or strong willingness to learn) GTM Engineering tools: Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make, APIs, and basic scripting
- Hands-on curiosity about AI tools applied to sales — Claude, Claude Code, AI agents, prompting, and automations
- Strong analytical and research skills — you find the signal in the noise and turn it into a relevant outreach angle
- Excellent written communication — capable of writing emails that Fortune 500 executives actually open and reply to
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools, particularly Salesloft, Apollo, and Salesforce, is a strong plus
- Hunger, discipline, and resilience — outbound is hard, and you enjoy the challenge
