Full Stack Engineer

🚀 Senior Software Engineer | Permanent | Hybrid – London | Up to £90,000

I'm working with a fast-scaling, tech-first consumer brand on a mission to personalise healthcare at scale. They've delivered millions of treatments through a proprietary tech stack that powers everything from e-commerce to in-house manufacturing — and they're growing.

This is a rare perm opportunity for a senior engineer who genuinely embraces agentic AI tooling as part of their daily workflow, not just as a buzzword.

📋 The Role

You'll be joining a high-leverage engineering team where the focus is on shipped impact, not hours at a keyboard. Agentic tools like Claude Code and Cursor are part of the standard workflow here — you'll be expected to use them to move fast, while knowing exactly when to step in and take the wheel.

🛠 What You'll Be Doing

• Directing agentic workflows to navigate, plan, refactor, and ship features across a Node / TypeScript / React stack

• Architecting and deploying end-to-end features — backend logic, database schemas, and modern frontend experiences

• Helping define "AI-native" development standards and mentoring the team on high-velocity delivery

✅ What We're Looking For

• Strong command of TypeScript for full-stack development

• Experience with relational databases (MySQL preferred) and ORM frameworks

• React experience and comfort maintaining frontend design systems

• Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

• A genuine power user of agentic AI — you know how to orchestrate edits across multiple files and spot where an LLM is going off-piste

• The seniority to know when to trust an agent and when to intervene
