Senior Key Account Manager (f/m/d) | OEM Partnerships |

Location: Berlin

Salary: €60,000-€100,000 + Car/allowance + variable


Are you passionate about building strategic client relationships, driving commercial growth, and working in a fast-paced international environment? We are looking for an experienced Senior Key Account Manager (f/m/d) to manage and grow key OEM partnerships while shaping long-term customer success.

Your Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary contact for strategic OEM key accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Proactively address client needs, concerns, and business opportunities


Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product and service delivery


Account Strategy & Planning

  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and account performance metrics
  • Create tailored presentations and strategic recommendations for clients
  • Drive account development initiatives aligned with business objectives


Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to align on customer requirements
  • Ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
  • Provide regular business updates and insights to senior leadership


Customer Success Excellence

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing strategic insights and recommendations
  • Foster long-term partnerships built on trust and value creation


Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or a comparable client-facing role
  • Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and manage complex accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of SQL and Power BI is a plus
  • Fluent in both English and German (mandatory)
