Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for quoting, renewal and new business follow ups.
- Liaise with regional Director of Sales or VP of Sales.
- Ensure all aspects of customer relationships receive ongoing attention to grow and elevate the Broker experience.
- Assist in the effective operations for the processing of customer finance arrangements.
- Train brokers in the systems and use of financing.
- Handle escalations and complex Brokers
- Occasional travel within the territory will be required.
- Candidates must be located in the Vancouver, British Columbia area, as this role is based out of our Vancouver office and follows a hybrid work model with regular in-office attendance.
- Preferably 3+ years of insurance experience.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within tight timeframes while maintaining ongoing accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advanced problem-solving skills to help resolve broker complaints or needs.
- Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing broker data.
- Advanced motivational and negotiation skills.
- Strong time management & organization skills are essential.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures.
- Exceptional customer service and contact management skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, highly motivated, ability to work independently in a team environment.
- Outgoing, confident personality, comfortable in dealing with clients and other employees.
