Role Overview
Seeking a skilled AI Engineer with hands-on expertise in LLMs, conversational AI, and agentic workflows, responsible for designing intelligent automation, integrating AI with CRM workflows, and enabling scalable, reliable, and context-aware AI-driven user interactions.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Experience: 0.5 to 3 years
- Build and optimize LLM-powered conversational & agentic systems (prompting, context, RAG, multi-agent)
- Develop AI integrations and APIs using Python with frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph and vector databases
- Ensure reliability and quality via guardrails, monitoring, and integration with CRM/external systems
