About Prava

Prava is VC-backed startup that helps physical, occupational, ABA and speech therapists start, run, and grow independent private practices with the support of AI. We provide the infrastructure and support clinicians need to succeed, including software, credentialing, billing, referral management, and administrative operations, so they can focus on delivering excellent care.

The Role

We’re hiring a Product Manager to own and build core parts of the Prava platform. This role is highly cross-functional and execution-focused—you’ll work closely with engineering, operations, and leadership to design, ship, and iterate on products that directly impact growth and efficiency.

This is not a “roadmap-only” role. You’ll be expected to operate with urgency, dive into details, and solve real-world problems across a complex healthcare system.

Reponsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product development across key areas of the Prava platform (provider tools, scheduling, billing, EHR workflows, patient experience)
  • Work directly with engineers to define, scope, and ship new features quickly
  • Partner closely with operations and clinical teams to identify bottlenecks and translate them into product solutions
  • Drive product decisions using a mix of data, user feedback, and first-principles thinking
  • Improve core workflows across:
  • Provider onboarding & credentialing
  • Scheduling & visit management
  • Documentation & charting
  • Billing, payments, and collections
  • Rapidly test and iterate on new features to improve conversion, retention, and operational efficiency
  • Act as the connective tissue between business, product, and engineering

Qualifications

  • Product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong execution skills—you move fast and get things done
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and figuring things out without perfect information
  • Highly analytical with strong product intuition
  • Ability to go deep into workflows and systems (not just surface-level features)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Bonus: experience in healthcare, marketplaces, or operationally complex systems
