We are hiring a Machine Learning Engineer

Hybrid working model - Novi Sad or Belgrade office

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy advanced machine learning models that transform business processes
• Tackle complex challenges by designing innovative AI-driven solutions
• Work closely with diverse teams from around the world to deliver breakthrough results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cloud development and database technologies
• Take advantage of extensive training programs and professional development opportunities to stay at the forefront of AI

Your profile:

• A minimum of 4 years in software development with a strong focus on Python
• Proficient in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models
• Experience with cloud technologies, Docker, REST APIs, and various database systems, including SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases
• Proven ability to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
• A passion for exploring new technologies with a track record of implementing cutting-edge techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a goal-oriented environment
• Fluency in English is required
• BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field
