About the Role:
We’re looking for a User Acquisition Creative Producer to create high-performing user acquisition ads that drive player growth and campaign performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output creative environment and understands how ad creatives impact conversion and ROAS. You’ll work closely with User Acquisition managers, marketers, editors, and external vendors to rapidly produce and optimize ad creatives across major advertising platforms.
Responsibilities. What you’ll do
Creative Production
- Create performance-driven marketing creatives
- Rapidly test and iterate ad concepts, hooks, and formats
- Optimize creatives based on campaign performance data
- Produce and edit large volumes of UA video ads
Performance Marketing Collaboration
- Work closely with UA buyers and growth teams
- Support creative testing and scaling initiatives
- Apply platform best practices across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and mobile ads
Vendor & Pipeline Management
- Coordinate external vendors and outsourcing partners
- Manage creative workflows, timelines, and asset delivery
- Maintain organized production pipelines
Who you are and what you’ve done
Requirements
- 4+ years in video production, creative production, or performance marketing creatives
- Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
- Experience creating high-conversion digital ads
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-output environments
- Strong communication and project management skills
Nice to have. What an ideal candidate looks like
- Games, entertainment, or consumer marketing experience
- Experience with mobile game UA creatives
- Experience managing agencies or external vendors
- Motion graphics or direct-response advertising background
