About This Role
- Strategic Marketing & Growth
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition, retention, and service line growth.
- Partner with clinical, operational, and executive leaders to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and align marketing with organizational priorities.
- Use market data, patient trends, and competitive insights to inform strategy and optimize campaign performance.
- Paid Media Strategy
- Lead paid media planning and execution across channels including search, display, audio, and out-of-home (excluding paid social).
- Manage budgets, vendors, and campaign performance to maximize reach, efficiency, and return on investment.
- Outbound Marketing & Patient Engagement
- Oversee CRM-driven outreach (text, email, etc.) to support patient access and utilization.
- Develop targeted messaging and campaigns to improve engagement, response rates, and conversions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner across departments to ensure marketing efforts align with operational capacity and patient experience goals.
- Influence stakeholders through data-driven insights, strategic thinking, and strong communication.
- Marketing Coordinator and Specialists
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
- Five or more years of experience in strategic marketing, campaign management, brand management, or growth marketing roles.
