Qualifications

Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish Outgoing and engaging attitude to build relationship and trust with existing customers Experience in a high-volume call center environment placing outbound calls Exposure to home improvement, collections, health, insurance, banking and finance, or sales industry- a plus  Must be able to efficiently multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision  Proficiency in MS Office 365, running reports, using shortcuts  Flexible, positive attitude and willingness to learn Professional and approachable demeanor over the phone Type: W2, On-site Office Location: 3801 SW 30th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312 About Renuity Renuity is a national leader in the direct-to-consumer home improvement industry, dedicated to transforming spaces and enhancing lives.
