You will join the Insights & Collaboration Squad, a highly product-focused team building the most visible and impactful parts of Qobra.
This squad owns everything related to:
- Dashboards & reporting experiences
- User-facing features driving decision-making
- Data visualization & insights delivery
Your role: push the product experience to the next level — faster, clearer, more insightful.
We’re looking for someone who can own features end-to-end, challenge product decisions, and bring a strong user + business + technical perspective.
Mission & Responsibilities
You will:
- Build and iterate on high-impact user-facing features (dashboards, reporting, insights)
- Design and ship intuitive, fast and reliable front-end experiences
- Work closely with Product & Design to turn complex data into simple user value
- Own features end-to-end: from specs → development → deployment → iteration
- Improve how users understand, explore and trust their data
- Contribute to product discovery (not just delivery)
- Bring strong engineering standards:
- clean architecture
- testing
- performance optimization
- Leverage (or explore) AI capabilities to enhance product experience (insights generation, UX, automation)
- Participate actively in:
- code reviews
- product discussions
- technical decisions
- Frontend: Vue 3 (TypeScript), Pinia
- Backend: Python (Flask), MongoDB, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Redis
- Infra: AWS, GCP, Docker
- Data: BigQuery, dbt, Airtable, Segment
- Tools: GitHub, Linear, Notion, Figma
- AI: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT
- You fully own parts of the dashboard/reporting experience
- You ship your first features in production with strong user feedback
- You contribute actively to product discussions (not just delivery)
- You lead complex features end-to-end (spec → delivery → iteration)
- You significantly improve the usability and clarity of key user flows
- You raise the bar on frontend quality, performance and UX
- You become a key contributor to product direction on Insights & Reporting
- You help shape how AI enhances user experience (insights, automation, recommendations)
- You elevate the team’s engineering standards (code quality, product thinking, velocity)
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Fullstack development
- Strong experience building user-facing SaaS features
- Proven track record of shipping features end-to-end
- Strong frontend skills (Vue / React / Angular)
- Ability to build clean, performant, intuitive interfaces
- Deep care about UX, clarity, and simplicity
- Ability to turn complex data into understandable UI
- Solid backend fundamentals (APIs, performance, scalability)
- Ability to design clean and maintainable systems
- Strong product sense: you challenge, not just execute
- Comfortable writing or contributing to functional specs
- Ability to prioritize based on user impact
- Interest or experience in AI-powered features
- Uses AI tools to improve productivity and quality (with critical thinking)
