Wenham Carter is proudly supporting a global leader in industrial software and digital transformation as they look to appoint an Enterprise Account Executive for the DACH region.


Our client is one of the most established names in the industrial technology landscape, with deep roots across asset-intensive industries including energy, utilities, and large-scale industrial operations. Their platforms are widely deployed in some of the world’s most complex environments, enabling organisations to design, operate, and optimise critical infrastructure at scale.


This is a key growth hire within the DACH organisation.


The Opportunity

This is a senior enterprise sales position covering both new logo acquisition and the expansion of strategic existing accounts.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, developing, and closing new enterprise opportunities across industrial and energy accounts
  • Expanding relationships within existing strategic customers
  • Leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving technical and executive stakeholders
  • Operating across both commercial and operational buyer groups


This is not a predefined territory with a fixed account list.

There is significant scope to shape your own regional strategy, identify where the real commercial opportunities sit, and define how pipeline and engagement are built across the market. The expectation is a high degree of autonomy and commercial ownership.

The opportunity set is strong, with continued investment and demand across energy and industrial transformation programmes in the region.

The compensation model is uncapped, with strong accelerators designed to reward high performance.

  • Proven track record selling industrial software solutions
  • Strong experience operating within DACH enterprise markets
  • Success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments
  • Ability to balance new business generation and strategic account growth
  • A self-directed, commercially driven approach to territory ownership
  • Strong credibility with senior stakeholders in industrial organisations
