Our SPM culture is creative, collaborative, people-first and inclusive, where you can do great work, make an impact on client business, enjoy your workdays, learn from your teammates and grow professionally and personally. At the core of our culture is our No Jerks policy, a rule we live by at SPM. “No jerks” means you work with clients and brands you trust in an atmosphere of mutual respect among agency leadership, team members and clients.

SPM senior account executives are at the critical juncture of doing, leading and learning. They have the opportunity to serve as a main client contact while also providing strategy and counsel. They also assist in the development and execution of client PR plans, have exposure to editorial and crisis communications training and are encouraged to bring new ideas to the agency and its clients.

SPM offers a flexible, hybrid schedule with competitive pay & benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K with up to 4% match, two weeks’ vacation in the first year, 15 paid holidays off, a new business commission program, continuing education opportunities, paid time off for volunteering, “pawternity,” Flex Fridays and so much more.

  • You have agency experience and/or a background in restaurant, CPG or petcare
  • You live for getting a big win for your client
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism or a related field from a four-year accredited college or university

  • You are a self-starter, a critical thinker and thrive in a high-energy environment

· You are based in the DFW area or are willing to relocate for in-person work

· Custom-built, dog-friendly office space with gourmet kitchen, large back patio and free parking in the Design District

· “Pawternity” work from home opportunity when a new pet joins an employee’s family
