Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure, GTM tech stack, and AI agents for automated prospect research and personalized outreach generation. The successful candidate will have solid experience in GTM engineering and a heavy technical lean, with deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• You think in funnels and measure everything — pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity are metrics you track obsessively
